Kochi Taxis believes in helping our customers as much as possible, this is why we are asking only Rs 2000 or 30% for advance [whichever is higher] at the time of booking.

• Should the traveller cancel the contract after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• Should a cancellation occur less than one week prior to travel, the full cost of the tour will not be refunded.
• No cancellations are entertained after advance has been paid; ask us for a cutoff date if you need.
• Vehicles will not be provided in the night hours. Unless for Pickup & Drop, the tour should end before night. No tours will start after 5 PM.
• In case you feel that the car we have provided is not the same model or the condition is not good as you booked please contact Kochi Taxi immediately so we can address the problem. If you accept the car and begin your trip we will be unable to change it.
